Dear Father

Thank you very much for your letters & good wishes you are indeed very prompt in writing but you are quite an expert at it now.

Well here we are again still merry & bright.

We have been busy drawing kit this week; have managed to get rid of my old overcoat have got a very good one now.

There is not very much news to tell you.  I expect we shall be leaving to-morrow night but will write to you again as soon as I know.

I will let you know as soon as I am settled again so that you can send a parcel along & will make out a long list of everything that’s good.

I hope you are all in the best of health glad to say I am A.1.
