INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DISCHARGE OF SMOKE.

1. If the wind permits, smoke will be discharged during the last10 minutes of all the concentrated bombardments which are to be carried out on ‘V’ ‘W’ “X” and ‘Y’ days.

2. It will be discharged all along the line at the following times:-

‘V’ Day           5.10 p.m. to 5.20 p.m.

‘W’  “              10.10 a.m. to 10.20 a.m.

‘X’  “               (5.40 a.m. to 5.50 a.m.

(6.50 p.m. to 7.0 p.m.

‘Y’  “               (7.10 a.m. to 7.20 a.m.
