135 – District Court-Martial –

            The details of Officers as mentioned below will assemble at the Orderly Room, 21^st Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers (2^nd Tyneside Scottish), Tilley’s Rooms, Market Street, Newcastle-on-Tyne, on the 24^th February, 1915, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of trying by District Court-Martial the accused person named in the margin:-

PRESIDENT

Major F.B. Lewis, 2^nd Battalion, Tyneside Scottish.

MEMBERS

A Captain (2^nd Battalion Tyneside Scottish).

A Captain (1^st Battalion Tyneside Scottish).

The accused will be warned and all witnesses duly required to attend.

The proceedings will be forwarded to the G.O.C., 123^rd (Tyneside Scottish) Brigade, 18, Eskdale Terrace, Newcastle-on-Tyne.

Officers Commanding 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th Battalions, Tyneside Scottish will each detail three officers to attend for instructional purposes.
